03Your Account
You are responsible for your account activity.

04Payments
Payments are processed via Apple or Google. We do not store payment data.
05Founding Members
Founding Members receive early benefits and discounted pricing while active.
If a Founding Member cancels, they permanently lose legacy pricing and benefits.

- No harassment or abuse
- No spam or fraud
- No impersonation
- No illegal content
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
All disputes will be handled in Colorado courts.
